Join our Cooking Class proposal! You will have the opportunity to explore one of the wonderful farms in the Lake Bracciano area.
Immersed in nature, you will have the opportunity to prepare typical dishes using local products, under the expert guidance of our chef.
You will discover traditional recipes and get closer to local customs, enjoying authentic flavors of the region. You can try your hand at making homemade pasta, explore the art of bread making, discover the secrets of harvesting wild herbs, and much more.
Everything will adapt to the seasonality of the products, ensuring a culinary experience that is always fresh and surprising, in perfect harmony with nature.
In case of bad weather, the Cooking Class is guaranteed and will take place inside the characteristic premises of the farm, for an unforgettable experience.
